Create a list of unique job titles. The "Organisation and compensation" section of the job profiler module is always available as part of the Signify HR and LMS system. Each job profile has a set of attributes in the following sections:

    • Linked to each job title is a set of positions. Each position is set to inherit its attributes from the parent job title, or have its own overriding attributes
